Our virtual coaching program, Move Well. Live Well, brings the same whole-person, root-cause approach of Empower Physio and Wellness directly to you, wherever you are in the world. We look at how your movement, stress, nervous system, and daily habits are all connected and build a clear, doable plan to help you move and feel your best in everyday life.

Move Well. Live Well. is 1:1 virtual wellness coaching built around you as a beautiful, unique human…not a diagnosis, not a body part, not a chief complaint.
We look at how stress manifests in your body, how the ways you move (and the ways you've stopped moving) are affecting everything from your energy to your pain levels, and how your nervous system (aka the queen of the body) is functioning.
Then we build a plan around your real life. No overwhelming homework. No cookie-cutter protocols. Just clear, simple strategies that actually make sense for you, meet you where you are, and take you to where you want to go.

Every session is 50 minutes, from the comfort of your home or “happy place”, and completely focused on you. We talk, we collaborate, we connect the dots between what's happening in your body and what's happening in your life. You ask the questions you've never gotten good answers to. You feel supported and also motivated to rise to the next level you know you’re capable of.
You leave every single session with something concrete — a clear next step, a simple strategy, a new way of understanding what your body is trying to tell you. No fluff. No overwhelm. Just real progress, one session at a time.

A one-time consultation for anyone who wants clarity on a specific area of their health, movement, or wellness. We dig in, connect some dots, and you leave with a concrete plan you can start implementing right away.

Meet Your Coach
Hi, I’m Dr. Steph.
I built Move Well. Live Well. because I kept seeing the same thing over and over: people who had done everything right, seen all the “right” providers, and still couldn't get to the bottom of what was going on. The missing piece was almost always the same: nobody had truly looked at the whole picture.
I know this feeling personally. I've navigated my own physical pain, my own mindset challenges, my own chronic stress and nervous system dysregulation, and spent years piecing together my own team of providers trying to make sense of it all. It gets overwhelming, even with my own knowledge of the health and wellness space. It shouldn't be that hard. That experience changed the way I guide my clients and it's a big part of why this program exists.
I've spent my career helping people get to the root of what's going on in their bodies, not just treating the symptom in front of me, but asking why it's there in the first place. I look at how stress lives in your body, how your nervous system is functioning (or if it’s totally fried), how your movement patterns and your daily life are connected, and I help you make sense of all of it in a way that's actually accessible to you.
I'm also a wife, boy mom, coffee lover, and love a good adventure. I love moving my body and working through my own physical, mental, and emotional blocks (cringy, I know, but so much beauty has come to me on the other side of my own resistance). I genuinely believe that feeling good should be simple and accessible to everyone, not just the people who live close enough to walk through my clinic door. Wherever you are in the world, I'd love to be your guide.

Dr. Steph's clinical background informs everything she does, but this is a different lane entirely. If you need formal PT care, she'll tell you.r

Not at all, and that's the whole point! Move Well. Live Well. is 100% virtual, which means if you have a wifi connection and a quiet space, you're good to go. Dr. Steph works with clients all over the world.

Just yourself, an open mind, and a coachable attitude. Logistically, you’ll need a device with a camera and enough space to move around a little if needed. No equipment, no special setup. Your living room works perfectly.

Most providers are looking at one piece- a symptom, a body part, a lab value. Move Well. Live Well. looks at all of it together. The goal isn't to manage what's happening. It's to understand why it's happening and build a real plan around that.

Everything that's relevant to how you feel. That might look like unpacking where your pain or tension is showing up and what's driving it, looking at how stress is showing up in your body, talking through your movement habits and daily patterns, exploring how your nervous system is functioning, or working through mindset blocks that are keeping you stuck. Every session is different because every person is different. We go where you need to go.

That is totally understandable. The single session is a great way to get a feel for the process and walk away with real clarity on one specific area. If it feels like a good fit and you want to keep going, you'll have the option to move into a package from there.

Move Well. Live Well. is a private pay wellness coaching program and is not covered by insurance. No superbills are provided. However, you may use your FSA or HSA funds for this program. Many clients find the investment worthwhile precisely because it's not filtered through an insurance model, meaning we get to focus entirely on what you actually need.

We offer three options depending on where you are and what you need. A single session is $250 and is a great way to get started and gain clarity on a specific area. The Momentum package is $720 for three sessions over six weeks. The Empower package is $1,380 for six sessions over three months. All packages are paid in full at booking.

All sessions are 50 minutes and held virtually. Packages are paid in full at booking. Single sessions are due at session completion. Sessions expire six months from purchase. Late cancellations and no-shows within 24 hours forfeit that session. All sales are final because your commitment to yourself matters.

Life happens, we get it. Just give us 24 hours notice and we'll get you rescheduled. Late cancellations and no-shows within that 24 hour window will incur a full session charge.
